Sr. Mary Martha

My vocation is truly a gift from God. My Grandma, who raised my siblings and me, prayed for all of us 3 children that some how we would grow to serve the God and others.
I feel strongly that through her prayers and devotions she helped us to grow and mature to be devout Catholics, and spread God's love and charity to all.
Having the Sisters of Christian Charity in school was a tremendous influence on me, and I wanted to become a Sister like my teachers. They always expressed great love and happiness to us.
Because of that, following Jesus as a Sister, has been my heart's dream. After 60 years I can say that I am very happy, satisfied and greatly fulfilled in religious life.
Each year as I draw closer to Christ and community, a deep feeling of Love, Friendship, Faith &
Gratefulness continues to guide and direct my life.
